During my visit to the Amsterdam Skills Centre on 7th and 8th March 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a hands-on training session focused on arthroscopic rotator cuff augmentation and elbow ligament reconstruction using a cutting-edge device. This visit was particularly significant as this innovative device is set to be introduced in the Indian market soon.

The Amsterdam Skills Centre, renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities and expertise, provided an ideal environment for surgeons and medical professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. As a practitioner eager to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, I was excited to be immersed in this unique training program.

The training session revolved around the utilization of synthetic patches for arthroscopic rotator cuff augmentation and elbow ligament reconstruction procedures. Cadavers were used as training models, allowing us to gain practical experience in a realistic setting.
